Hi,

can a foreigner buy property in Oman?

If so, is it complicated? What is the process of purchasing a property in Oman?

Any tips for buying property, such as a check-list of items to verify ?

Hi,

A foreigner can only buy property in a 'tourist designated area' like The Wave in Muscat and Muscat Hills.

As all administrative things in Oman it is not easy, but doable.

Live in Oman for a while to get to know the real estate market!

Hi Christine,

Can visit thewavemuscat.com to know more about Muscat Wave.

This is much more better then Muscat Hills. As well you can get almost PR (for certain time years) of Oman if you but the property.
