Help needed buying books in Laos

Hi there,
My name is Andrew and Im from Australia. Not sure if anyone can help me or not but I supply Australian Libraries foreign launguage library books and currently have an order for Lao.

Would you know of anyone who could attend a bookshop
(Big Brother Mouse) near Wat Nong Temple in Luang Prabang
to order and send some books to me. Of course I am willing to pay the person for there time and this could become an ongoing arrangement.
