Who knows how much tax should pay when importing a laptop in Mauritius(custom clearance)?

pkshamjhu

only 15% VAT. thats all.

Yes, but if your laptop is worth more than 10,000 RS and this high sum is also declared on the package value, you'll need to issue an import permit and only a broker can release it for you.

Thank you very much but can I have more information please? I would like to know more about those procedures and where to go exactly.
