HI all, i got an offer to work in muscat. the salary is 700 omr. Is it enough to live for a couple in muscat. can i save something from it?

i have a monthly salary of 400 rial. is it possible to live a normal and a simple life with my husband in oman? we have a room of R.O.130.
with other expenses like food, water bill, electricity bill and internet. If anyone with this salary have any suggestions... pls reply me...
