Thnx Stephan........i m just comfortable in English and dont think i can learn french fast at this age i am already 53

I confirm, you will need to speak French and/or Arabic, depending which company you work for. Unless you find an Indian company maybe?
The Indian restaurant would be a great idea since there is not much choice here in terms of exotic food. You would have to check first if you need to take a Tunisian partner for this type of business.
