A great and very useful addition, but I notice that a couple of people are advertising themselves in the 'latest job offers' tab. This could get confusing, (and frustrating for anyone genuinely seeking out job advertisements). Perhaps what is needed is a 3rd tab, titled 'work wanted' for such people to advertise themselves as wanting work.
