Hi,

I would like to find out names of Expatriate Publications in Japan, also publications concerning Luxury/Travel/Lifestyle.

An example to compare would be Tatler, Conde Nast Traveller, Elle Magazine, Vogue etc.

I think you'd be best off reading a bunch of online blogs.  There are billions of them.

Try looking at japansoc.com or japundit.com for lists of good blogs.

I also think you might enjoy the Wide Island View.  But thats just me.
