But the King knows that an educated populace is the ultimate resource and a huge number of 'scholarships' (opportunity for advanced studies in Western countries) are awarded each year.  It's forward thinking should the oil (or demand for oil) dry up.

Logically even Africa has it owns source . and we have Alharams and a great religion that effected billions of people and we dont charge them for nothing but to be will and polite when they are in that remarkable places .  .
