Pls help me to improve my English skills

Hey everyone,
I'm Kati I'm a German but I love the English language. I'm back from my US-trip for now almost 4 years and I think my English skills are a mess. Soooooo please help me out. I need to just talk, read or speak English.
Doesn't matter what, oh boy I sound desperate. :o
I might can help out w informations bout Berlin or I don't know.
