Hi,

I came in Italy to work on a european project on augmented reality in surgery ... I'm dealing with the image processing part. I am an engineer, but at the end of my work in Italy I should have a PhD as a bonus...

Trouble

I have previously been a teacher (that was in China), but currently I'm an audio typist with a temp agency.  It pays the bills and gives me enough to travel, but I'm glad I have a signifigant chunk of savings to pay for the next trip, cuz I ain't making enough here to make it to Australia.

Avocado

We are retired but about to open the only craft winery and distillery here in the Dominican Republic.

carina

I am a webdesigner and graphical designer.

What should I say....risk analyst for a bank....in which segment do you classify that?...I just voted for salesman-commercial even though it s not that close...Great job, even though I hated accounting and finance during my studies :-)

Olivier de Montréal

I work in the University of Montreal as an editorial assistant for a journal (economics).
Back in France, I was teacher (I have a MA in History and I studied Politics), then I was the Internet Manager for a french children clothing company.
My first job in Montreal was in the cinema (post-production).

I would like to be a journalist. :)

Tôm Càng

I'm a historian-anthropologist-sociologist by trade and cooperation attaché by necessity, working in a vietnamese university and in charge of a French cultural center. I used to be a consultant, head of mission for a NGO, language teacher, etc.
No real motive to be back to France in the near future...

I would like to finish my thesis (no bonus whatsoever, PhD is bloody serious ;)), really, I mean it :)

I am embarrassed to say I am retired and I play with real estate and financing.  Nothing as interesting as the rest of you guys.  Only thing is that I don't have to get up in the morning or be anywhere I dont want to be.

Wherever I am, I have the better job: I am one of my father's daughters :P
Ambitious, I know... but leaves me time to university and my writing.

I'm a PhD Student. I'm tired of being a student. But I'm almost done!

But I guess the good thing about it is it lets me live in a different country (Australia), and do fielddwork and live in yet another country (Papua New Guinea). An experience I don't think I could get any other way!
