Honestly that is the only song by Sade I know.

However a lot of artists annoy me.

I despise Lady GaGa, and yet somehow some of her songs passively got burned into my brain.

As usual, Hailey hits the nail right on the head. No racial difference is nearly as important as the sexual difference. I don't know how women put up with us. If the Buddhists are right about reincarnation, I am going to apply to come back as a Lesbian.

I don't think I've ever heard a Gaga song.

Unfortunately, most Buddhists are hard of hearing from all that bell gonging, so you might come back as a Lebanese.

I'm white American married to a Kashmiri Indian. We don't even notice the race difference, just some cultural things but we manage. Most of his family members are just as white as me and maybe even more modern. It just depends on the situation. Love is love no matter what/ ;)

It might still be a taboo in certain culture or certain family background. Why are we assuming that since we are in the 21st century, there is not longer a taboo in such relationship? Well, if you 2 love each other and is willing to overcome the obstacles together, then I see no problem in it. Both your family will accept you once they know how much you 2 love each other.

As for getting along, I guess it is the same for all relationship. RESPECT each other in all aspects. COMMUNICATE clearly your thought. LISTEN to each other.

Hope my humble reply is useful.
