I am new to the forum, but have been in Dubai since 25th of January 2012. I am a single 26 year old male from South Africa. I would like to meet new friends of whom share the same interests as me.

I am a very shy "stay at home" person who likes the company and personal attention of my friends.

Unfortunately because I am so shy and don't easily mingle with people, have found it hard to get out and see Dubai for what it is worth. Also I have some preferences (the truth be told, I'm not gonna lie) to whom I like to stick around with after the last round is called at the pub.

So here is a shout out to all those people with ethics and dignity that can call themselves friends, to invite me on FB or send me an email and we can meet up for a night out.

The PUB, Movie nights or something more "quiet" will get my preference as opposed to go clubbin' or dancing (mostly because I can't dance, and look like an amputated giraffe on E, smoking something that was in last months trash) or going to the gym.
