Canadian looking for job opportunities in Europe

Hi everyone,

I'm a media/web designer who mainly works with Microsoft SharePoint but also have skills in graphic design for web and print, web design, audio and video editing with an education degree (primary school and ESL).

I'm looking for contacts about the possibility of job opportunities in Europe perferrably in France, UK, Spain, Norway, Belgium or Germany although I am open to other countries.

Are there any specific websites or agencies that are good to help me out and recommended?

I am a non-eu citizen and speak English but I am currently brushing up my French that I don't use at all being in Western Canada

I am an DOCTORATE IN MANAGEMENT, MASTER IN ENGINEERING, BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, COMPUTER APPLICATION having around 15 years of work experience. I am Indian National living in UAE . Currently working in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES AS AN DIRECTOR of the Engineering Company. Good experience in Oil and gas, Energy, Power , EPC, MEP sectors I like Europe very much and would like to move to European union. Could any one please suggest how to find a Job in Europe, It seems to be very difficult to find something without knowing anybody.

If someone can help me (maybe I am not doing it the proper way ?)... it would be great !
