Need info on housing address

Husband has been offered a job in Jeddah with private US company working for PME. PME will provide housing, but I can't locate the address via any online map. The address is in al-Ruwais district 12. I'm used to compound living in Riyadh, so this could be a deal breaker if I can't get good recon on the property being offered. I don't think it is a compound with amenities, but I could be wrong. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The address is Fayd al-Makabbah (11) N12 W Al-Ruwais Distr. 12. It's near Fayd al-Ezzah. Again, any specifics would be really helpful, such as the kind of neighborhood it's in, is it a compound, if yes, what is available on compound, etc.
