Agencies... in no particular order:
Castille Resources - Finance, IT, Insurance -

http://www.people.com.mt/jobs.html
Konnekt - Finance, Sales, IT, Customer Support, Translation, Office.
http://www.konnekt.com/
Keep Me posted - Sales, Hospitality, Catering, Shops, All types of work really. This is one that they send you emails everyday with new positions...
http://www.keepmeposted.com.mt/
8am - again varied positions from Sales through to Dev positions. Not really an agency as you contact the companies yourself.
http://www.8am.com.mt/
Muovo - IT, Sales, igaming, Finance
http://www.muovo.eu/
Quad Consultancy - IT, IGaming, Call Centre, Admin, Malta and Gibraltar.
http://www.quadconsultancy.com/
iGaming ones:
http://www.bettingconnections.com/http://www.pentasia.com/http://www.igamingelite.com/http://www.bettingjobs.com/<< Malta and UK

Hi Designs,
My name is Anna. I work at a recruitment company, called betting Connections. I am always on the look out for new talents. Please send me your CV and objectives, regarding positions.
Hi everyone,
thanks a lot for all the interesting contacts.
Would it be possible to recommend the best agencies in the business directory, jobs & recruitment section ?
Take care,
Julien
There is a summary from ETC showing Private Recruitment Agencies in Malta
There is also an overview about Living and Working Conditions in Malta ... it's from 2010, but anyhow still interesting ... and with lots of addresses and links
still looking for job! i contact many agencies lots of interviews and until now no success ..... help guys need more advises from you
Hello Designs.
Have you tried to post an advert in the Jobs in Malta section? It shall help.
Bets of luck,
Aurélie
Designs wrote:lots of interviews and until now no success
Did you ask them afterwards, WHY you did not get the job ?
Opposite to other countries this is not unusual in Malta and most of the companies will give you this feedback.
The knowledge about the reason could be very helpful for your future interviews.

i didn't meet any company till now i'm working with the agencies which they say that the clients are happy with my cv but it seems it takes a lot of time! and don't forgot i'm non Eu so it's more hard i
That's another issue I learned in Malta, sometimes if you apply for a job you will be invited to a second and even third job interview with one or even two months "qualifying period" between.
Last week I got an appointment via email for a "3rd interview" beginning of January - I applied for this job end of August (application dead line was 31.8.) ... I almost forgot what it was about :-)
You always have to make follow-up call, since giving a reply or a status information seems not to be a Maltese virtue ;-)
Markus
very strange! even in my country the longest time will be a month
thank you any way i'm still hoping to get a job in the end of Dec, it;s holidays i know lol
Hello,
I have a very good experience with pentasia, they was very helpful
and I finally got the job. It was around a month to get it (1 test and 3 interview).

Hi!

hi Scubaboy:)

thanks for your help:)
have a lovely day
Hey,
so i have a question... if you found a job and even you signed off the contract
and your contract says your start in the end of March,,,, but you don't heir from the employer or the agency!!
and you contact them but no response until now! is that normal in Malta?? i mean
if they signed the contract... i't possible they change their mind? soo why can't they inform the employee??
any advice guys?
Hi Designs,
it does sound a bit strange. Work contracts in Malta usually cater for termination by both parties within the first 3 months without reason so that would probably cover a termination before even starting work.
What does the contract say and did your employer apply for your work permit ? Maybe that is where the problem is?
And end of March was Easter so the date to start work would have been the 1 st or 2 nd of April. Contact the employer , maybe they are waiting for you to show up !
Cheers
Ricky
Just to note, that there's also a list of agencies on maltawiki.com:
http://www.maltawiki.com/wiki/List_of_R … s_in_Malta
Pretty good site overall, actually. I'll try and summon up the energy to register an account on the wiki and add a link to this thread in a bit.
Edit: done.

@matm911 Are you involved with this site? If so, I understand that the size of the site name is representative of its Alexa score (right?) but where does that site get its list of agencies from?
If not, I'll contact info@recruitmentagenciesmalta.com or info@preeostudios.com. Quite curious.
No, I'm not.
Just found the site and posted it here as an overview of hr-agencies in Malta.

You may find that until you have permission to work in Malta, you will find it difficult to get a job...... Do you have your work permit as a Third Country ??
Hi Chardor,
work permits for non- EU TCN's are very specific to job and employer a.nd have to be applied for by the employer
So Designs employer will have to apply for a work permit for her if they want to give her a job. She can't already have one and be looking a job.
Cheers

Hello Everyone!
I currently live in Houston, Texas and want to move to Malta ( family from Malta). I have a Master's in Healthcare Administration and Informatics. I work as a medical data analyst /statistician . I can't find out how to find jobs in the hospitals are their websites don't actually post open jobs unless you are a doctor.
Any ideas or suggestions ? I would like to know if I can get a job before moving....
Have a great day!
Albert
