Voluntary work in Malta

Homeless charity foundation in Malta is looking for 4 part time volunteers to help with project management, accounting, promotions and administration.
You must hold a valid Maltese passport, have the relevant qualifications and have the sincere desire to improve the world.
We will soon begin to shoot our new promotional video journal and the closing date for applications is 10th January 2013.

Do you mean Maltese passport, or Maltese residency ? If the former, I'm surprised its not open to all EU citizens living here
