Hi there!I just joined Expat.com and I would like information on what it takes for  a Nigerian to get a job and practically move to mauritius. I have heard a lot of good things about the place and with the way things are going down here (Nigeria), it would be wise to have a plan B.

So please, can someone help me with some info? Thanks in adv!

Hi Tenny

For sure, it is much more comforting to live away from frequent bomb blasts, riots, and other such horrifying events.

What it takes for a Nigerian or any other foreigner to get a job in Mauritius is for you to have some unique skills, which locals do not possess or hold those which are currently on high demand here, mainly in the field of IT or some other technical ones.

Best of luck in your search.

Cheers
