sponsorship transfer ( naqal kafala)

hi dear,
i am a Pakistani by nationality. working out of my sponsor (kafil)in a company.
my profession in iqama is home worker ( amil manzali).
can i transfer the sponsorship to that company while both party (my kafil and company's owner) are agree.the company is serving hotels, tourism and catering.also its status is green.and i am working is an electrician in the same company.

also , my brother is fresh pharmacist, how he can apply for job in medical line in Saudi Arabia while he is currently in Pakistan.
