Hi all.

I am Yam who is doing a PhD in the University of Sheffield - UK . I am originally from Saudi and applying for visitor student at the University of Indonesia for 3 months. I suppose to start my training in two months time. I am wondering here where I should start searching for a decent apartment? Do you recommend Depok, where the university is located, or the capital Jakarta. Using google map, I understand that a ride would take less than an hour. But seriously, can i commute from Jakarta to Depok every day ? I am kind of person who likes to interact with people, make new friends and enjoy my life to reasonable boundaries.
Last thing but not least, do you think it is difficult to get a girlfriend in Indonesia as I am coming alone & don't want to die alone 
I feel Indo. girls are very attractive and lovely.
