Anti spam system & new rules

To whom it may concern,
I would appreciate it if you could unlocked my PM system.  I am planning to explore the Iranian markets in the next months and I have been trying to put myself in touch with Italians currently resident in Iran.  In order to do that, I am sending to some people a brief of what I do and my contact details.  For obvious practical reasons, I am not retyping the text of my message changing some words every time.  Should that not be possible, I apologise for having disregarded the rules of this website and having triggered the automatic block of my PM system.

Yet another new member who has not taken the time to read and understand the very first post on this thread which states how a new member can have his pm system activated. There are many other posts here on this thread that tells you how.
Simply joining up does not get you immediate access to the pm system. This has to be earned and also to prove that you are not a scammer or a spammer.

Sending unwanted or unsolicited messages is frowned upon and may lead to a permanent ban. Go to the Italy section of the forum, introduce yourself there with a simple post, answer any posts containing information and advice, no silly one line posts.

You , and only you can activate your pm system. Do this and you will be on your way to becoming a contributing member of this forum.

Read, understand and follow the rules laid out in post #1 on this thread. Then, and only then will your message system be activated after you have proved that you are a genuine member.

My account was blocked for spam reasons.
However I was only sending a message to specific persons who are seeking a job.
I searched in the job section and got a list of people Looking for that specific job, so I started sending each one of them a message asking whether they are still available for the Job.
What's wrong with this? Why is it consudered spam? They are Looking for a job and we are Looking to hire someone!!!

This is classed as spam because they may have already found employment. If you have a job offer why don't advertise in the job section on the forum for FREE, it will also reach more people and those that are looking for work.

The only person that can open your PM system is you and no one else.

You became a spammer by sending the same message numerous times which is contrary to the rules you so nicely used cut and paste to place the rules on your post. Cut and paste may get you banned.

The answer to activating your message system can be found in the rules.

Thanks for informing me about the rules.  Now that I know them I will follow them. I totally understand your reasons for it and I agree with them, since I do hate getting spam myself.

Until now you managed to post three posts and all of them are here on this thread.
Posting here doesn't count to unlock your pm system. Go to the Turkey forum, introduce yourself and participate on several threads with real answers. Before you know you're able to use your pm system.

The key words in your post are "not aware and pay attention"  neither of which you have done.
You need to read AND understand the first post and the many others on this thread that explain how to activate you message system.

You, and only you, can activate the system.
