There are protocols you have to follow to activate your pm system.

You have to earn the right to have your system activated.

I have not sent any emails in 2 years and would like my email to be unblocked. I recently moved to China and am trying to make connections.

Then follow the rules outlined in the very first post on this thread? It's only you that can unblock the PM system. You say you are trying to make contacts? You have failed to even introduce yourself. Thats a start why not give it a go?

To have your pm system activated you have to be a contributing member by posting on other sections of the forum. The posts need to be informative and topical.
After a certain number of posts you system will be activated.
The more times you post the larger the capacity of your inbox becomes

If you mean how to activate your PM system, you have to post on the Open Forum. Posts on this thread mean nothing and will not open your PM system. You have to post and reply with meaningful comments. One worded comments will also do nothing.

If someone sends messages that are not good or have something bothering so people can Spam or complain to you.
By the way it's your call, if you don't wanna change or accept other peoples ideas we can do nothing.

Post comments in the Forum, but not on the post as it will not open your PM system.

The automatic system blocks them but they still have to be weeded out in case they post on the open forums as well so better to ban them as soon as we find out the pointless perverts are around.
The anti spam system minimises them, general scammers, loads of people trying to get girls to go to bars, fantastic business offers, and other assorted rubbish.

What you are asking for will never happen.
And yes it is a call made by the administrators of this forum. Rules are laid out to ensure that spammers are quickly discovered and dealt with.

You have to earn the right to have your message system activated.

Until you take the time to read, understand and follow the rules laid out in post #1 on this thread and the hundreds of others here explaining the process.  then your system will not be activated.

This forum is not a message board. It is a forum for members to exchange ideas and information.

If this does not suit you then go to the bottom of this page, click on 'contact us' and ask to have your account deleted.

New to the site and didn't know this was a problem at all.

I am here with a friend, and we are looking for an apartment!

I thought since demand and competition is probably quite high, I should try and set up as many viewings as possible!

And since the message you tend to send to arrange a viewing for a house that somebody has advertised is generally quite similar, I didn't think sending the same message to multiple people advertising apartments would be a problem!

But I understand the rules now, so apologies for that!

Any advice on the best way to secure a 2 bedroom apartment in somewhere around the BKK areas in Phnom Penh?

Looking to move in ASAP and can pay deposit, months rent etc.

Any advice would be very welcome!

Only you can unblock the PM system you need to follow the rules outlined in the first post on this thread. You need to take part in the forum by asking meaningful questions and replying when you can. The more you participate your PM system. Any posts on this thread do not count.

I do take umbrage at new members who join and immediately start complaining. Such people have no intention of becoming a welcome, contributing member

When you joined the forum You did not read the terms and conditions of membership.

This forum is not a message board where you join and then immediately start sending out unwanted messages to complete stranger.

This is done to stop spammers and scammers.
