samiraageli wrote:It’s great that you don’t want spam, however when people are searching for apartments or trying to meet new people or find a job it’s very difficult to describe what you’re looking for in so many different ways, also typing out a long message over and over is very time consuming.
Regarding the Accommadations section, I would love to see a filter option as it is a faster and more efficient way of finding exactly what you’re looking for.
(:
The present system works well.
Dear Sirs,
Thanks for your advice. The problem is that i am new to this site and whenever I try to go on Forum and ask the members a question , l am always taken to the page of the Forum of Germany. Indeed I would like to contact people living in Nigeria.
Best Regards
Khairi
I Can not sent private msg cos i send several message to the people .how i can save my box message?
Yea, maybe a warning first would have worked. They could do that to improve their system, otherwise some other sites might prove better than this one.

When you signed up to the site you agreed to the Terms and Conditions, where the rules were outlined in them. The spam rules work very well and this site works well with them in place. It protects the members more so than other sites where you can send unsolicited messages to people not known to you. That's why these rules are in place.
Julien wrote:Hi,
in order to ensure quality to our users, and to considerably reduce the number of spam sent by private messages, we decided to set up a few new rules.
But we'll start with a few explanations.
Our definition of spam ?
Unsolicited emails or private messages.
How we detect spam ?
90% of spam is sent by new users
90% of spam are "copy and paste messages"
Please, please...
Don't send the same message to several users without taking the time to explain us how we could help you on the forum.
If you are a new user and if you post more than 5 copy and paste messages, your private message system gets blocked.
Stop asking us to unlock your PM system
You can unblock your private message system by yourself. How can you do that ?
Please take the time to present yourself on the forum, to participate to a few discussions (with real answers), and your private message system will be unlocked. That's it !
I think you have very strict policy ,I can't even answer received message!
Yes. Now you have to keep posted and participated in this forum to give awareness to other.
You will be unblock based on your participation.
YXCV wrote:I have a question please. Its it possible for a Syrian ,living in Germany and has a residence permit, to move to Nigeria
You can ask this question at the Germany forum and maybe even at the Nigeria forum as well. You'll get better respond than here.
Hi There, I am Karim and I have been here for a few months now.
I haven't logged in for quite some time and had to send many welcome and thanks messages to people who accepted my previous add-requests.
Cheers
There is no issue in it.
But if you use copy paste item, system will consider it as SPAM.
You will unblock only if you participate in this forum and give awareness to others.
ADIOS.

Any posts here do not count either.

Thanks for clarification.
Arguably so.... BUt so long as you are getting the suggestions, and considering them.... things are good. Glad you have so much time to personally write to all.... keeps you in touch at the grassroots.....
Hi there. I copied and pasted the same message to another member. Can you please unblock my account?
This seems like a very reasonable argument to me -- I totally agree!
nosolovendolibros wrote:When you arrive, being new, to a city like Nottingham, where it looks that everything is so boring, and you find a way to meet people from where you come from... the message is the same to all of them. Do you think blocking is really good for all of us that are new? Really? Oh, now I need to write on the forums... I had never used things like this website... Now I know why, thanks.
well said. but there must be rules. otherwise......
Riezaan wrote:Hi there. I copied and pasted the same message to another member. Can you please unblock my account?
NO
There are forum rules, copy and paste is not allowed. Only you can activate your PM system by following the rules explained on hundreds of posts on this thread.
If you take the time to read, understand and follow these rules then eventually your system will be activated.
ok i now i understand Expat policy i hope if i can send messages to my friends
El_Hassan☆ZD wrote:ok i now i understand Expat policy i hope if i can send messages to my friends
Follow the rules, post informative. topical posts on other sections of the forum and eventually your pm system will be activated. No cut and paste. Posts here will not count towards having your system activated.
Ok thank you for info , noted
I am new on this platform without following the rules on this, i sent more than 5 copy and paste messages which caused my messages to get block.
I am Kaza James
sorry it's my fault I sent same messege but I am a new candidate so I did'nt knew about the anti spam system
but really i need to unblock my private messege to be able to contact the employers . I need to konw how to unblock it ,and thank you in advance.
You, and only you, can reactivate your pm system
You need to follow the forum rules which are explained here on this thread hundreds of times. Cut and paste is considered to be spam.
As this is an Anglophone forum please post in ENGLISH only. Thank you.
KAZAJAMES19 wrote:I am new on this platform without following the rules on this, i sent more than 5 copy and paste messages which caused my messages to get block.
I am Kaza James
So you did not bother to read the forum rules
This forum is not a message board.
Do not bother to ask admin to reactivate your pm system as you are the only one who can do this.
Read, understand and follow these rules mentioned on hundreds of posts here on this thread.
With any luck you may then become a contributing forum member.
Can you explain how to present myself too the Forum?
I'm not so clear how to do? Can you give example or any suggestion?
Thank you.
