I want to move to spain......

Hi I would Love to move to Spain by september at the latest. but I have a New Zealand passport and don't fully understand the requirement to move to spain. I know need a visa and work permit, but it seems i can't get a permit without a visa and vice versa. Help... How can i get there to start a spanish life?????

Hi Viwi,

You can come as tourists for 3 months and more 3 months if it's necessary, after that you' d need a work visa, or you get married ... Enric - Lawyer.

contact the Spanish Embassy in New Zealand and ask for advice. Always get advice from as high a level as possible, as every thing below can vary.

I know from requesting information from a so called Spanish solicitor on line and then the same from the EU help desk. Totally different answers.
