Android smartphone with great spech & QWERTY?

hi everyone,
hope all of u doing great:-)
since typing with touchscreen is sucks (even u download with any app virtual keybord), i wondered is there any android smartphone with great spech (like samsung galaxy S3) but have Qwerty?
i do seaching in google but only find like samsung galaxy chat or motorola pro..but i need to have other option for comparation before decided to buy.

External KB or a larger screen.
My note works fine using either.

hi mas fred,
external KB can be applicable for samsung note also? where i can buy that separated External KB?my phone is 5 inchi,but everytine i chat or type always need correction coz miss typing hhhhhhh:-(

A bluetooth kb will work but they can be expensive.
I use a usb adaptor and a usb kb. The adaptor can also be used for usb memory.
You have to test the kb before you buy as some don't work with the phone.
There are some nice mini usb kb around that are easy to carry.
