How do western Canadians get to La Ceiba ? Cheapest way ?

I was just wondering how Albertans get to Hondo..

Flying to Tego will only cost me about $680 but it is 5 hours from La Ceiba. So how do I get there ?

I see that they have a separate airport but it doesn't show up on airline websites.

Hey Jet-setter,

You should be able to take a small hopper plane to the La Ceiba Goloson Airport for a reasonable rate.

hi jet-setter,try connection to houston-roatan then take the ferry to la ceiba ; works good from calgary, supposed to be the same from edmonton ; you just have to watch the ferry goes twice a day from roatan,i beleive 7am and 2pm.cheers.cornel
