Looking for a 2-3 bed  house to rent for 6 months minimum in Kerobokan

Ubudian

Hi Karen!

A fellow Yankee, but you were born on the 4th of July!  How more auspicious could that be!

Kerobokan is a very active area and there are lots of expatriate suitable properties to be found there.

There are a great many web sites which you can easily find by searching various terms on Google.  Those will be helpful in at least giving you an idea of what property here leases out at, and sorry to say, the prices are going up significantly each and every year.

My best advice to you would be to not engage in any sort of contract without coming over here and seeing things for yourself.  Since you’re going to be here for a minimum of 6 months, you would be far better off if you spent the majority of your time in the first week or two with your boots on the ground, money in hand, and having a good eye ball look on what would be your temporary home.

Cheers and good luck finding your nest.
