@Zarvata, yes thats the system of Zaka! The minimum amount is 2.5 % which is sort of mendatory for us! But the main purpose is to keep money flowing from the rich to the poor.
I know this system is here but just in case, our friends from western world they want to help people here, like Alliecat mentioned, this can be the way (to have a commone account)
