Dear Friend,

IT sector is one of the fastest growing sector in Turkey. Yet it is many times quite hard to find skillful workforce in this sector for companies. As a fluent English speaker you have chance to find a job in Turkey. But you should keep in mind that Turkey is not a high-tech producer country. Roughly %90 of IT products are imported. So you have more chance hired for purchasing. But also, a lot of Turkish IT companies are realizing projects abroad.
So that I think you will have a lot of opportunities once you find a job.
