We too are moving to Iloilo first half of 2016 from the UK.

If you have not been to Iloilo before, I would say it is essential to do so. Don't just rely on the photos on property websites as these can be misleading or even wrong.

Take time to have a good look round, consider flood zones & infrastructure schemes that are springing up all over & around Iloilo as Iloilo is really on the up.

You may wish to consider some out of town developments such as Savannah City where you can pick your own plot & house type before you buy. They are more expensive but in a fantastic envrionment.
