Hello all,

My residence permit as a student is expiring by the end of October 2013. How much time do I have to leave the country if I don't find a job?

On the other hand, if I have a valid passport allowing me to stay 90 days in the Schegen area, would it be valid to go to Switzerland for 90 days? Would it be legal if my residence for Belgium expires? Could I be able to stay 90 days legally in the EU after residence expiration?

Thank you very much for your help!

to the end of your residence permit, you will need to ask for an extension if you want to stay, no popping out and back in the country will NOT impress. You know that is why they have end dates on permits, because they mean end. Sorry I probably sound rude but the answer is simple, if you were meant to be allowed to stay a further 90 days, the permit would be valid for a further 90 days.

Dear All,

I am having Lithuanian Business TRP (Self-Employment), Lithuania also in Schengen Countries. My question is behalf TRP can I start small business in Belgium, this TRP valid for 1 year, then again I go back to Lithuania to renew the TRP.

I will appreciate if I got proper reply according to Belgium Law.
