Transferring from French social security to British health system

We have just moved to,London from Paris and we have been told we need to get a form from the French social security , which we have, stamped by a British medical insurance office to indicate that we have been transferred to the British system.problem is, we don't know what office to go to in London for that stamp. Appreciate any info.

If not helpful just go to the - citizensadvice.co.uk/ and they will point you in the right direction.
