Hi All,

I`m just embarking on interviews in the UK for senior managemenmt Renewable energy positions in Saudi and wanted to try and get a good understanding of what to expect and what is possible to ask for in addition to my basic salary.#

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Most packages include the following in addition to the salary: Cost of visa, expatriation and repatriation, medical insurance, accommodation (basic utilities should be covered) or accommodation allowance, possibly relocation allowance and car allowance, a flight-ticket to home (usually once a year), and minimum 30 days paid vacation (usually in addition to Eid holidays).

You don't mention if you're married, but if you have children it's imperative that you receive a school allowance (private schools are very expensive here).
