I will be moving to al-khobar in couple of months with my family,

It is appriciated, If anybody will provide me information that

in which area of Khobar I can get good compound appartment (facility with gym, swimming pool, security, etc). near the American school.

How much the rent per year for 2BHK flat in appartment.

About the price ,, it depends,, but its more than 100,000 SR per year.
