Not 100% on which bus, sorry - but here's a map showing its location relative to Sliema.

There is a bus stop outside, but you might need to go to Valetta first? Not sure.

Istabal is the name of the closest stop.

A main road (Manuel Dimech Street) passes along the front of the premises. An access road towards the back on to Lion Street provides an alternative convenient exit route at the back.
Arriva Interchange (Marsa Park & Ride) is located within 200 meters from the site.

you should check with Pavi they do regular shuttle bus services free from certain places...and a free cuppa and a cake...... they do this from mellieha on a tuesday.

Take any bus that goes to/through the Marsa Park and Ride. PAVI (and Lidl) are just across the road.
If you find your way to the Marsa Park and Ride, you cannot miss it.

So my answer was not clear?
Which part of 'Arriva Interchange (Marsa Park & Ride) is located within 200 meters from the site.' did you miss?

LOL, no, thanks a lot, it was cool !!

But some people sometimes try to answer while they just don't know, and in the end, they end up saying "I don't know", so just time wasted...
