Travel Destinations in Saudi

Hi,
I have a free weekend in Saudi and looking for ideas of places to visit. I just had a weekend in Al-Ula which was amazing, and I'm looking for something similar, so some of this;
mountains, wildlife, wilderness, no big cities, history, ancient ruins.

I'm considering the following, would appreciate advice from anyone who's been to these places, or who has an alternative suggestion.
1) Taif
2) Hail & Jubba
3) Hail & Sakaka (that's a long drive!)

I will be driving from Riyadh, I have nothing against doing a long trip, although Sakaka is probably a bridge too far.

Many thanks in advance,

Graham

I will suggest  three places;

Al waabah Crater, you can camp for the night deep down in the crater, but going there in summer time is not advisable.

Good areas for the summer time trips are Al Baha and Abha ( you can do both) in Baha you can visit Thee Ain Village and In Abha its Rijal Alma’a Village.
