My company category is "green low" what does it means and is this something to worry about please urgent replies

Yes. They are green. So even after grace period they'll be able to get it changed. It's free of cost till 3rd July.

my profession is electrical technician and want to change it to electrical sales engineer does saudi council for engineer registration is required during grace period to change profession or it will be done without it.

Engineering council registration isn't bypass-able. The profession change process is online but they'll review the presented actual documents.
