I assume you have a cold ? very strange -effective cure, 1/2 teaspoon salt + 1/2 teaspoon bicarb soda, mix into glass of warm water (NOT HOT ) go with tissues to basin and lean over put 1 finger over 1 nostril, now the hard part, sniff very gentle the mix until it rolls down you throat now do the same for other side. Do this maybe twice and head cold will be cured. It's same as going to the beach for a swim you can gargle the rest of the mix for sore throat too. also get out into the sun shine. You get a cold after you shake hands with some one theN touch eyes nose or mouth, always wash your hand. NO MONEY MADE HERE
