I am looking for premises, I want to open an English Tea shop (YORKSHIRE TEA).

I believe a tea shop is a great idea. Especially, if one offers loose tea, green and black. The only loose tea I have seen in the island is Twining's, which is a very good tea, but the black tea is dried in the hindi manner as in little balls. I would like to see cut leaves.
