2nd person check time frame....?

hi,
we were interviewed june14,2013 and after a week we were informed by our CO that our application is going through a 2nd person check and we vent heard from her since then....can anyone tell his experience in this regard that how long was it for them?

Further, 2nd person check dosnt not require much waiting I think.

Your application is one of hundreds that have to go through a second check. It could take 1 week or 3 weeks.
The second check is usually more thorough than the first.
