Starting company alternative joint venture with Indian

I have different concepts for companies I want to start or go joint venture with. The problem I live in europe but sees the possibilities in starting companies with Indian people within the industri. This is small start ups, but I see the possibility of growth with the correct partner. Trust is a very big issue, because of the distance.

Question:
How do we register a partnership company, when I live in europe and not can travel to India for following up, sign documents or other?

What type of company in india is a limited company where owner has limitd responsibility (not personal registered company where responsibility lies directly on owner)?

What is the cost of register such companies?
