Mixed Martial Arts place?

Would there be any gym or place that teaches mixed martial arts(MMA) over here in Eastern Province.
Even if MMA training is not there , a place that teaches a single martial art very well and professionally?

there is a gym by the name blue sharks and there is kickboxing training over there. it is close to al waha mall or bassam tower,al tubayshi.

Well dont think here or there, basiclly go to mr ahmed gym located right after the civil defence of al azizya district i believe the gym name will be alsayaf
