Do Children UNDER 14 need E-residency

Any help please ?

Our daughter will be going to school here in Malta....
Does she need an id card ? Can't seem to get a definitive answer...!

i think they need to be included as family members on application - the notes at the bottom of each form on the website gives more information

whether or not they get issued with a permit of their own i dont know? or maybe until they get to a certain age they are part of the parents residency. and on attaining a certain age then they may be required to make appllcation for themselves???.

Our 2 children have there own E-res card. I applied for them as family members, they had to go to the initial appt. but they don't need to go to collect.
Our kids are 6 and 10. And now have an ID card and number.

We're doing ours via post as advised by government...
Will definitely do it now though !

be prepared for a long wait to receive the cards though - about 12 weeks for us now - does anyone know anyone who has applied by post and actually got a card - ive asked the question before but never got a reply to it - so maybe thats the answer?
