Hey, a lot of people run every day in Erbil. Mainly in Sami Abdul Rahman park. You have two running tracks there. One close to Erbil international fair, 400m, around soccer field. Another one on opposite side, close to divan hotel. 1,37km, soft ground, very nice. But in the evenings full of non runners just walking and disturbing the training. Mainly because of too much perfumes:/ I usually run at 5-5:30am, then it's all for runners:) of course whole park is great for running.
