Hi All,

This is Somu, I am scheduled to join in a mining company in Lubumbashi.

Do you please let me know how safe is the place to work, how safe the place to move around in the city, what is the hung around options on Sunday or holidays, how safe to bring family on vacation for a month or for a longer period.

What kind Indian foods are available and living cost in Lubumbashi compared to India.

A reply will be helpful as I am the lone bread earner for my family and safety in Lubumbashi is my concern.

Don't woory about Safety. Lubumbashi is a very safe city in the contry, as one would say: "we hear about war, but we have never seen one here".
