I am currently volunteering at an orphanage in India. Really rural area near Vijayawada. Here is the website missionfortheruralpeople.org . They have an elder care centre, two orphanages, are building a school and setting up a day care center at the moment so can assure you any help would be appreciated. The kids here are really awesome.
