Then try using www.monster.ca to see if you can find a job.

I'd suggest that you try places other than Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver which have been the most sought after location for newcomers for decades and are now overloaded. Finding work there would be extremely difficult in most cases.

The Province of Alberta, cities of Edmonton and Calgary would be good choices since Alberta is one of the few areas of Canada that is experiencing a good period of growth and jobs are available.

In Montreal I have a friend...she is there for 9 years now,married to a Canadian citizen but they can only make me a turist visa...and it doesn't help me

Central and Western Canada are the predominantly English speaking provinces. Quebec is predominantly French and the Eastern provinces also have a substantial French speaking population.

The drawbacks to Montreal aside from the necessity of knowledge of French are; the fact that they have an independent system of immigrations and different rules, extremely cold winter weather, extreme difficulty in finding employment, perhaps a bit more hostile toward newcomers to Canada than other places, high cost of living.

The drawbacks to Toronto are all the same, with the exception of French.

Vancouver, is the most expensive place in all of Canada to live. It also is extremely difficult to find work there. However the climate is certainly better than anywhere else in the county.

That said, I would still recommend Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta. The cost of living is reasonable, jobs are available in every sector, not just skilled labor or professions. The economic growth is good and the people are friendly.

What good does it do to choose to live in Montreal simply because you have a friend there, if you can't find a job and the cost of living is more than you can handle and you can't speak the language? You can make friends wherever you go, I'm sure you'll even be able to find other Romanians there too.

I found myself in the same situation as the romanian family. I'm trying to get an immigration pathway to Canada, but looks difficulte for us. I have sent too many Cv to different job web site, monster.ca, indeed.ca etc. I believe getting a job offer outside Canada is impossible.
Now I would like to share with you an immigration option that we're consider this day. There is an option from an immigration lawyer , who is connected with canadian employer and can get you a job offer for 10. 000 CAD. Indeed, he may support you till you get the PR for other 6.000 CAD. I know is too much, but is the only way out for the moment. I'm a pharmacist and my husband has worked as drywaller, a profession in demand as they said.
If this is a fraud, how is possible that the CIC doesn't make any list of them? They just recommend us, do not be a victim!!!

Please any comment about this would be helpful for us.

Who want to immigration Canada, please do not send any money  to law firm if you do not know them and if you stay out of Canada.i lose  2000 dollar regarding work permit.yes if your close relative, friends and can handle your case by lawyer this is separate think.

There are just too many of the fraudsters for CIC to make a list. You should ask always for the Immigration Consultant (lawyer or consultant) for their ICCRC number or Law Society Number in the case of lawyers. The Citizenship and Immigration Canada website has the following information on consultant fraud.
