Need to know how to do for residance in SA

I am Egyptian who is married to a South African and got a registered company in SA.

Any advice or idea how and where to start the process and if being married to a South African or buying property in SA would make that easier or not?

You simply apply for a Spousal Permit (a type of Relative's Permit). Then you can enter SA and live here. If you'd like to work, study or run a business of your own, then you apply for a "work/study/business endorsement".

Hi my wife is South African and my understanding is that if you are settled there and married it does make it easier to obtain permanent residency

You just need to prove it with the usual documentation
