Dear Aman-khan,

To achieve your goal of moving to and working in a foreign country needs dedication, hard work and careful preparations. (And, in the case of studying, also sufficient financial resources, since it is not normally possible to earn your own living AND study at the same time.)
First, you need to figure out which skills you can bring to your chosen country. "I am willing to do any kind of job" will not convince an employer to hire you, especially if there are lots of similar-minded people already in the country and looking for jobs. If necessary, you need to acquire such skills first, e.g. by learning the language, studying a good degree, getting interesting work experience, etc.
Second, you need to find out and contact the potential employers (or universities) in your field. Such research can nowadays be done online, but since connections and personal impressions still count a lot, I would recommend one or several extended trips to your chosen destination country at this stage.
Third, you need to know about immigration and visa regulations and be sure you can fulfill them. Ask at the embassy!
And last but not least, you need to know the living conditions, rules and customs of the place you want to move to. Having unrealistic expectations will lead to disappointment and failure. For example, are you willing to abandon your religious or moral views (e.g. by eating non-Halal food) if it is not possible otherwise in your chosen country?
Just keep in mind: Moving to a foreign place is not an easy decision - most people in this world are better off staying where they are!
