You want to say, "he helps peopłe who have HIV."

Or does he mean people will get HIV and then die of it????

It's pretty hard to read that any other way.

I think the phrase is "he helps people who got HIV."

There is a clinic in Go Vap run by a surgeon Dr Phan and his wife. They look after people with HIV and Aids, he may be able to assist you. Here is his number 0909614762, he is a lovely caring man and does everything without any government assistance.

My wife is a Vietnamese doctor who does a lot of charity work. We are in the US right now, so can not offer direct assistance, but she read the post and this is what she said:

"I read some of the comments. I think it is the best way to help him is taking him to the charity clinic. There is one person mention about * Dr Phan and his wife in Go Vap district *, I think this is a good idea because I knew this Dr and his wife . They serve HIV but can help with pain relieving as well."
