I have a gift from my friend that is the voucher 2day/1 night on Star ligh cruise ( 5* Suite double ) in Halong bay. I've visit Halong already and i want to assign for someone have not visited halong bay yet . )

so sad when you said "I've visit Halong and do not want to get there more so want to assign for someone have not visited halong bay yet". I'm living in Vietnam, and I love Vietnam, but I confirm some time, someone offer not good service for tourism.

If you like garden settings for an afternoon drink you might try the cafe they set up behind the Saigon Opera House (Nha Hat Sai Gon) between the Continental and Caravelle hotels. They roll in plants to surround the area and the coffee and drinks are reasonably priced for the location. A nice, green, break from the traffic.

Don 't know if they serve food as I've never eaten there. Avoid the Caravelle sidewalk coffee shop unless $6 a cup of coffee is your thing.
